RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• To exchange/return your order, kindly write to us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Our logistics partner will pick up the product after checking it (unused, unwashed, resalable t- shirts/ shirts with original tags in), within 3 days of your return request.
• If your pincode does not fall in the serviceable area for reverse pick up or if we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup, you will have to arrange the shipping of the product back to us. And we will refund the courier charges to you upto Rs 50. Please email us the courier bill/memo at [email protected] and make sure to ship the product back to us within 3 days from the time you have received your order.
• In case of returns, once we have received the products and a quality check is done, the entire amount will be refunded to your account. Incase it is a COD (Cash on delivery) order, the 65Rs COD charge will not be refunded. COD orders will only be refunded to your account for which you will need to provide us with your account number and IFSC code. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment. The amount will be credited to your account within 3 working days after we have received the product, provided it meets the above mentioned criteria.
