Delivery anywhere across Indian cities.
Orders will be delivered within 2-7 working days of placing the order – depending on your pin code. However, in situations beyond HippieShippie’s control, there may be circumstances when there is a delay. In such a case, you will receive a call or notification from us confirming the earliest date of delivery for your product.
In the event of a non-delivery that occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong info provided) Any extra cost incurred by HippieShippie for re-delivery shall be borne by you. (up to Rs 100)
Cash on Delivery is available for all of our products at an additional cost of 65 INR. For any queries, please write to [email protected].
RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY:
- In the rare event that you receive a defective/wrong product please contact us at [email protected] and we will replace your product.
- Please let us know your reasons for returns and/or exchange requirements within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing us at [email protected]
- We will accept returns incase you are not happy with the product.
- If you wish to exchange it for another size or design, we will do so, depending on availability. Shipping charges applicable (which depend on the number of t-shirts in your order)
- We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
- Please place the unused, unwashed, resalable t-shirts/ shirts with original tags in the original packaging.
- Our logistics partner will pick up the product after checking it, within 2 days of your return request.
- Kindly note if your pin code does not fall in the serviceable area for reverse pick up or if we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup, you will have to arrange the shipping of the product back to us. We will refund the courier charges to you (upto) Rs 65. Please email us the courier bill/memo at [email protected] and make sure to dispatch the product back to us within 7 days from the time you have received your order.
- In case of returns, Once we have received the products and a quality check is done, the entire amount minus shipping charges of 100Rs, will be refunded to your account, within 48hrs of us receiving the returned order. Incase it is a COD (Cash on delivery) order, the 65 Rs COD charge will not be refunded. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment through the same payment gateway used at the time of placing your order. The amount will be credited to your account within 7-14 days after we have rec’d a return request from you, provided it meets the above mentioned criteria.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers and shipping charges would apply.
- If the packaging of the product is damaged, please return it to the delivery person and do not accept it. Leave a remark on the delivery sheet if possible- 'Not accepted the package since it was torn or damaged'. Please write to us at [email protected] with a photograph attached (if possible) and inform us about the same. We will resend a fresh product within 7-10 days.
- We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund.
- In case you have purchased items at the time of any Sale (or those products on which we have offers running on our website) and you wish to return or exchange (subject to availability of stock) them. Kindly write to us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your product and we will arrange for it to be picked up. Shipping charges applicable as mentioned above.

- Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible. We will refund/ replace your order in case it is lost in transit (for Online payments)
