Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?

All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a highly secure encrypted connection. It is very safe to use online methods of payment.

How do I know that my order has been confirmed?

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an E-mail with the details of your order including items purchased, order number and shipping address. If you want to get in touch, please contact us using the information provided in the email or Contact Us page.

Is cash on delivery (COD) option available?

Yes, you can pay cash on delivery. An extra amount of Rs 65 will be charged for all COD payments. This will be added as a ‘convenience fee’ when you select the COD option before checking out/ making the payment.

Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?

It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always opt for online payments or Paytm.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will reach your doorstep within 7-10 days at the latest. Delivery time to major cities in India, is within 5 days. if you have ordered from Mumbai, it will be delivered within 3 days.

Are there any hidden charges (GST etc) when I make a purchase on HIPPIESHIPPIE?

The prices mentioned on our website are inclusive of all overhead charges/taxes, including shipping, unless specifically stated otherwise. COD orders will be charged 65Rs  per order on receiving the product.

How do I check the current status of my order?                                                                                                                                 Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email and SMS with your order’s tracking link(within 24-48hrs of receiving your order), where you can track/check the status of your order anytime. You will be notified by SMS on the day of delivery. Kindly be available or have someone else available at the time of delivery.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed? How do I cancel my Order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our Customer Care at care@hippieshippie.com to cancel/ change / edit the order or drop a call.  Our Customer service team will be glad to help you.

  • If the order has been shipped, kindly don’t accept the order or make any payment (incase of COD)
  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded into your account within 7-10 days

What is HIPPIESHIPPIE’S return and replacement policy? Do you allow returns and exchanges?

·       Please mail us at care@hippieshippie.com OR call us at our customer service on 8657553397 to initiate return/exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

·       In the rare event that you receive a defective product or have a size issue, please Contact Us. We will replace your product.

·       If you have ordered a wrong size – We will exchange it with the right size subject to availability.

·       If you didn’t like the product and wish to return it, we will initiate a pick up and refund your money

·       If the packaging of the product is tampered/damaged, please return it to the delivery person / do not accept it.

How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return?

Refunds will be initiated only after we have received the product back and quality check has been done. The whole process could take 7-14 days for the refund to be credited to your account. This all depends of on which city is the order returning, as it takes upto 7 days to be delivered back to us.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:

  • Information provided by you during checkout is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, kindly email us care@hippieshippie.com  It will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 business days. You can also call us anytime for any further info.

How do I return a product to HIPPIESHIPPIE ?

Please call us at our customer service to initiate return/exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with the tag in place.
  • Our logistic partner will pick up the product after checking it, within 2-3 days of your return request.
  • Refunds will be initiated only after we have received the product back and quality check has been done. The whole process could take 7-14 days for the refund to be credited to your account. This all depends of on which city is the order returning as it takes upto 7 days to be delivered back to us.
  • You will receive the entire refund except for COD charges (65Rs) which is non refundable.

Washing Instructions

  • Normal Machine wash .
  • DO NOT use in Drier(machine).
  • NO Bleach.
  • Do not Iron/ heat press on the graphic prints (not applicable for Full prints/Trippy tees)
