To avoid spread of the virus, we will not be accepting any returns temporarily.

Only defected products will be refunded/exchanged. In which case, kindly email us (a photo with the defect visible to [email protected]) or call us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for it to be picked up for return/exchange.

We request all our customers to kindly check the size chart and select the correct size before placing your order. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept any 

exchange/refund requests in case you have ordered the incorrect size. This is only a temporary precautionary measure, we apologize to any inconvenience caused due 

to this.


Due to the current pandemic situation, we are taking the required precautions.

  • Only two team members are operating in the office thrice a week.
  • No visitors/outsiders allowed inside the office compounds/premises.
  • Safety meeting carried out with team members regarding importance of PPE and best practices to avoid the spread of the virus.
  • Regular sanitization of hands and office spaces.
  • All orders are sanitized before dispatching.
  • Temperature check carried out of the delivery person and his hands are santized before accepting/handling the orders.
  • None of our team members use any mode of public transport.
  • All return orders are sanitized before handling as well as before and after handling/accepting the orders. 
  • No delivery person allowed within the premises.



Many housing societies, complexes, residential/commercial buildings are not allowing any 

visitors inside the premises. We request our customers living in such premises to be available 

and accept the order at the time of delivery. You will be notified on the day your order has been 

dispatched and on the day it will be delivered. You will also receive your order tracking link so 

you can track it any time. We make sure to confirm each order after checking the correct address

with each customer, so we request our customers not to cancel the order or refuse to accept your 

order at the time of delivery. This almost triples our shipping charges which affects a small business like us. We hope you understand and thank you for all your support.
